Estimating & Contracts
Twists and turns impacted Contracts and Estimating in 2011, but by year end all is well. Unexpected wrinkles smoothed out into a more efficient and streamlined operational flow and the end result is a marked improvement in overall support for the entire Company. Estimates and contracts are now processed similarly throughout the Company allowing individual departments to focus on their customers and their own specialized products and services.
